Mindy McCready Being Released From Jail Today

Remember how one month ago Mindy McCready was supposed to go back to jail for two months – well she’s getting out today – one month early! TMZ is reporting that not only will she get out of jail today, but that she’s headed to a Halloween party tonight! Hmmm, how does one make plans while in jail? Like, how does she even know that there’s a party happening, let alone that she’ll be able to attend. And don’t you think she’d be spending time with her kid since she’s been locked up for a month? I don’t know – just our thoughts – and maybe TMZ’s speculation of her plans is wrong. They’re also reporting that she wants a Bloody Mary as soon as she gets out and then she’ll head out costume shopping for the big throwdown tonight. They also said that she’s read two books while in jail and has lost 20 lbs.
