Toby Keith To Be Honored For Support Of Troops

Toby Keith has done seven different USO Tours, entertaining U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, and many other places. Toby’s selfless dedication to the troops will be recognized this Thursday in New York City where he’ll be presented with the Johnny “Mike” Spann Memorial Semper Fidelis Award by the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation, which has given over $38 million to the children of fallen soldiers.

There’s long been noise in the country music industry of Toby not getting enough credit for his music and performing when the annual ACM and CMA awards come around, but we have a feeling that this award means more to Toby than an industry recognition! Congrats Toby – very well-deserved!!
