Chuck & Julianne Make Media Rounds

Chuck Wicks and Julianne Hough

Chuck Wicks and Julianne Hough are making the media rounds this week after being voted off the hit reality television show, Dancing With The Stars. The couple appeared on Jimmy Kimmell Live, Good Morning America, Regis & Kelly, and more.

After their elimination Chuck & Julianne chatted with E! about their experience on the show and how it impacted their relationship.

“After doing this show, I found out so many new things about her I didn’t know,” says Chuck. “I’ve always watched her dance. I’ve always watched her teach somebody else. But I have never really been a part of that. It’s brought us closer together, so now it’s back to business. It’s back to country music and touring and singing-what we love.”

Julianne adds, ”What’s been fun is that we never argued at all. We’ve had a little tiff here and there, but about dance movements. It was fun. We had this passion. It was fun for us because we never argued.”

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Julianne said she will not return next season.

She and Chuck are working on their sophomore country albums and plan to continue touring now that the show is over.

Yeah right. It always seems like she goes back on her word of not dancing anymore. I can’t stand her at all, or her music. And I always decide about the music 1st, because IMO thats more important.
I support Chuck because I love his music, and him. I didn’t watch DWTS because I’ve never been into that show. I believe that he should put his music 1st, always. He was born to sing and he’s amazing at what he does. Plus he’s just starting off with his career. Why jeopardize his career? Why risk losing fans just for his fake girlfriend? It may have been a little different if he had been in the music industry for 10 years or so and had his fan base established and his music, too!
She doesn’t seem to care much about her music career like she does her dancing. She can’t dedicate herself to the music like she needs. If she makes Chuck happy, whatever. That’s him. But he needs to keep his priorities straight and concentrate solely on his music. I wish him the very best with his music! And can’t wait to see him in August with Gary Allan!!!

About the arguing, that’s a lie. She was on our local station a few weeks ago and one of the morning crew commented that things looked kinda tense between Chuck & Julianne in the red room and Julianne confirmed that things were tense – that they had spent most of the day arguing, but things were okay now.

All couples argue. I don’t know why she had to throw that in there that they didn’t argue. Seems like she is always trying to portray herself in a perfect light. (ie, her virgin claims all of last summer and fall).

It is just amazing to me that people can not stand to see people happy. I loved watching Julianne and Chuck on DWTS and thought they did great. I also love both of them as Country Artist. So much success to both of them in all things that they pursue.

Now Chuck is saying he’s always watched her dance and teach other people. Really? He’s recently said he’d never seen her dance before until he went to some of the shows last season. But then he said he’d never do the show at that time either because he had no interest in dancing. He and Miss Julianne seem to have a problem keeping their stories and sound bytes straight.

One of the big reasons that Julianne is with George Strait this tour is because they are on the same label. I think the record company needed a way to boost Julianne’s country reputation and King George was the perfect solution. If some other blond was on that label it might have been her with George all tour.

Julianne’s hot and she knows it. She so bubbly it’s sickening. This couple needs to mature.

Oh yeah…George came down off his roping horse in San Antonio and personally called Julianne because he was so moved by her music.

    Give me a damned break.

They are on the same label…this is all a business move…

    Chuck and Julianne=Spencer and Heidi.

To Karen:Chuck came out to LA last season when Julianne was dancing with Cody to support her. That’s what he means by he’s seen her dance and teach before. He was touring during that time too. Maybe it is a business thing but still she is going on tour with George Strait not a lot of people can say that. I know I’m jealous!

I love Chuck’s music and I think he’s an amazing artist but I think DWTS was a bad move on his part considering he’s such a new artist

Heather R – Are you going to the show in Iowa or Missouri in August? I’m going to the one in Iowa :)

Yep, it seems these two are trying to become the Spencer and Heidi of country music. They come off just as obnoxious.
