my Best day so far is the day my beautiful daughter was on. Nov. 17,2008. She was born with a rare kidney disease and has been fighting it for 15 months now. On March 11th she will finally get a kidney that will be donated to her from a volunteer who does not know her. We are so very blessed and thankful for this. You have no idea.

I’ve been singing my whole life and I want to do a duet with Danny, so that would be part of my best day too! I’ve been a “Gokey Girl” since his audition. I have many best days with my daughter but the one that sticks out right now since im here getting my country music updates lol is Dec. 28, 2008 when my daughter got to be on stage with Keith Urban at the Ryman in Nashville…she was in complete AW when she seen Keith take the stage and she couldn’t take her eyes off him….we had a rose and a baby monkey for her to hopefully give to him, so my husband was determined to make it happen, so after Keith was done performing Sweet Thing, my husband put my daughter on stage and right before security was about to get her off, Keith rushed right to her and gave her the biggest hug!!!! Then he tried to speak to her w/ the mic but she got to shy…we will remember this for a lifetime, plus I got it all on video!!! =)
