LeAnn Rimes Opens Up About Affair

Just in time to create publicity for her new album, LeAnn Rimes is opening up about her affair with actor Eddie Cibrian.

“I did one of the most selfish things that I possibly could do, in hurting someone else,” LeAnn tells People magazine. ”I take responsibility for everything I’ve done. I hate that people got hurt,” says Rimes. “But I don’t regret the outcome.”

LeAnn and Eddie met on the set of their Lifetime movie Northern Lights and began a relationship months later. ”It was very emotionally driven, I never once thought what I was doing was okay,” said LeAnn.

Both LeAnn and Eddie are in the midst of a divorce and continue in a committed relationship together. You can read more about LeAnn’s new life with Eddie in this week’s issue of People.
