Alan Jackson on A&E’s ‘When Pop Culture Saved America’

Alan Jackson will be featured on “When Pop Culture Saved America,” a two-hour documentary on A&E Biography Network honoring the 10th anniversary of 9/11. The special takes a comprehensive look at the days and months following the attacks on 9/11 to show how the non-news media pitched in to bring the nation together. Jackson was requested to be a part of the special because of the soul-touching effect “Where Were You (When The World Stopped Turning)” had on the nation.

“When Pop Culture Saved America” airs Mon., Sept. 5 at 8:00pm ET on A&E Biography Network.
