Jamie Lynn Spears, who is a Nashville resident, former “Zoey 101″ star, and little sister of pop sensation Britney Spears, recently stepped into the country spotlight and debuted her own music. In front of a crowd that included her parents, family, and friends, Jamie Lynn took the stage at Nashville hot spot The Rutledge to showcase her original tunes.
After the show, Jamie Lynn took to her Twitter account to thank everyone for a memorable night. “Just wanna thank all my amazing friends and family for coming out tonight!!!” she wrote.
Jamie Lynn has been quietly immersing herself in the country community since she moved to Music City. Last year she took part in CMT’s Disaster Relief Concert and just last month, she stepped out for the Nashville premiere of Footloose.
