Super group Rascal Flatts and Big Machine Records will release a brand new single, titled “Banjo”, to Country radio today for airplay impact beginning January 17. The song will serve as the first single off the band’s forthcoming album due out this spring.
Fans will get the chance to hear their favorite band live as the guys hit the road this week on their winter tour, “Thaw Out 2012,” which kicks off in Charleston, West Virginia, at the Charleston Civic Center Coliseum with Sara Evans and Hunter Hayes.
Rascal Flatts debuted their last studio album, Nothing Like This, on Big Machine Records in the fall of 2010 at No.1 on the Country album sales chart and became one of only four country acts to debut six consecutive studio albums at No.1. Since their musical debut in 2000, the band has sold over 20 million albums and 25 million digital downloads and delivered 13 No.1 singles to the top of the charts.
