“Pure Country” Debut Pushed Back

According to Country Aircheck, Pure Country’s Broadway debut has been pushed back to later this year. Joe Nichols and Lorrie Morgan are set to star in the Broadway version of the 1992 film. Nichols will play “Dusty,” a role made famous by George Strait and Morgan will play “Lula,” who was previously played by Lesley Ann Warren.
