Wild Weekend For Justin Moore

March 15th, 2010

All’s well that ends well for Justin Moore.  During a show in Michigan on Saturday night, someone stole one of Justin’s guitars from the stage.  Justin tweeted:

Great show in Mi tonight. But somebody stole my guitar off stage. Please own up. It means more to me than you know. Dont be a dick. Do right.

It’s worth fightin over. I’ll give you my address. MI-thanks for a great show! If anybody knows ne thing bout it-plz let me know!

That guitar is part of me. I WILL find it. So, do the right thing. And, own up to it you bastard!

Late yesterday afternoon, Justin learned that the guitar had been recovered with some help of the local radio station.  After arriving back home, Justin explained one of the reasons why the guitar means so much to him.  He tweeted:

Ella’s really happy I got my guitar back. I had already told her I’d give it to her one day.

He also posted the picture above of his precious baby girl!

We’re so glad that everything worked out in the end for Justin!

Brad Paisley’s “H20 Tour”

March 1st, 2010

It looks like it’s more than just a rumor…

Last week we heard through the grapevine that Brad Paisley would embark on the “H20 Tour” later this year and that he was planning to bring along artists such as Darius Rucker, Justin Moore, Josh Thompson, and Steel Magnolia. We tweeted the info as a rumor last week because we weren’t sure if it was true. The info is now being reported on Jimmy Carter’s blog as well as on the Country Countdown USA website. We’re still waiting on the official announcement from Paisley’s camp, but it’s sounding like the will be another must-see tour!

“American Saturday Night” Tour – Fan Review

February 15th, 2010

We’ve been hearing from many fans who’ve attended Brad Paisley’s “American Saturday Night” tour and they’re all telling us the same thing – that the show is fabulous!  Cortney attended the tour stop in Birmingham, AL and sent in a review and some great pictures from the show…

WOW… February 5, 2010-Birmingham, AL….MY FIRST BRAD PAISLEY SHOW!! I had won 4th row tickets, and was soo excited!! I wasn’t really going in with high expectations, although still excited. I am a Brad fan, but he wasn’t really too near the top of my list. Boy was I in for a surprise!

One of my high school classmates works for Brad as one of his onstage camera men. I had been in contact with him via facebook before the show, and I was lucky enough to be sitting close enough for him to watch for us. He said he’d come out and say hello if we were there early enough. My friend Jami and I had just sat back down from getting something to drink, and I see Cole come out from backstage…..he waved and headed out way.  Once he got to us he asked if we’d like a backstage tour before the show started….ummm DUH!!! LOL The show was due to start in about 15 minutes, so we didn’t have a lot of time..and didn’t get to meet anyone other then people that work for Brad. However, to be able to see all the backstage stuff, Video World, be ON the stage seeing all the stuff for Brad’s set….it was all SO COOL!!! Brad’s bus was back there, and I’m sure he was probably on it…dummy me didn’t take ANY pictures until right before we were headed back to our seats. I hadn’t seen Cole since graduation, 9 years ago…and it was so super nice of him to take us backstage!

Justin Moore was the first act to take the stage. I don’t really know much of his music, other then the singles that have been released to radio, but I really enjoyed him.  He puts on a great show, heworked all areas of the stage, and seemed like a pretty cool guy!

Miranda Lambert was due up next and she is always a firecracker!! It was my 2nd time seeing her, and once again she was awesome!! I love her energy!! She told the crowd that she was a Texas girl, and said we’d just have to get over it…HOOK EM HORNS!! (Alabama beat Texas in the national championship for college football) She did eventually give out a ROLL TIDE and said she’d like to have a drink with everyone in Alabama! I LOVED hearing her do “White Liar” live. She has so much fun on stage and you can tell she’s a down to earth gal.

Brad….WOW!!!!!!!!! From the time he stepped foot on the stage until the lights came up and it was time to leave…..I was LOVING IT!!!!!!! Seriously one of the BEST concerts I’ve EVER been to!! His energy, his crowd interaction, the visual effects/animations….everything was GREAT!  I was glad that he sang all his biggest hits, and that he joked with the crowd a lot. At one point he said ”I love Alabama, I love your music, I love your people, I love your FOOTBALL! Naturally the crowd went wild with that! Dierks Bentley makes a cameo on the screen (along with a few other celebs) but Dierks actually SINGS (via the big screen!) It was really neat to see Brad just turn around and watch him. :)

I also thought it was really cool that they filmed local kids for the part during Welcome To The Future!! My friend Jami and I were on the “big screen” a few times, thanks to Cole….I wish I had gotten a picture of that…but I was snapping my camera so much there was no way to watch for everything. I could probably say so much more, but overall it was a GREAT night and I am now a bigger Brad Paisley fan then I was before, and would LOVE to see him again!

Thanks Cortney for the great review and pictures!  Has anyone else seen a 2010 stop of the “American Saturday Night” tour? What are your thoughts on the show?

Fan Review: “American Saturday Night” Tour

January 25th, 2010

Tori took in the Lexington stop of the “American Saturday Night” tour late last week and was kind enough to share her review of the show with us.  Read below to hear about Tori’s night with Justin Moore, Miranda Lambert, and Brad Paisley…

I was lucky enough to get to go to the 6th stop on the American Saturday Night Tour in Lexington on January 21st- and even better, I had 2nd row seats!

First up was Justin Moore, this was my third time seeing him in concert and he never ceases to amaze me, he’s so talented! The crowd really loved him. I was right up against the runway & he grabbed my hand twice! He even gave a little girl his own guitar at the end of his set ! He only got to sing 5 songs though which was a bummer!

Next was Miranda Lambert, she looked beautiful as always. She got to sing for an hour and was soo much fun to watch! She’s so full of energy and sounds just as amazing live as she does on her cd’s. During her song kereosene, where she says “light em up, and watch them burn, teach em what they need to learn, HA!” she got right up next to me and pointed at me which I thought was really funny. Halfway through, Miranda said “I got a guest for yall tonight” and out walks Blake Shelton, they sang his song Home. I ended up getting her set list afterwards.

Last up was the headliner, Brad Paisley. He stayed on for about two hours because he told us he “wanted us to get our money’s worth,” that was really sweet. His stage set up and videos are so amazing and so much fun to watch. He’s realy good at making sure he gets to see the whole crowd, he was walking back and forth, and up and down the runway all night. He even walked down through the crowd twice. He didn’t talk too much, which I didn’t really like because I like when they singers really joke around with you and tell stories, but he still put on a heck of a show.

Brad Paisley - CountryMusicIsLove

This was my 29th concert and probably the most fun one I’ve ever been to. If you have the chance, you definitely need to get tickets and check it out !
