Kellie Pickler and Wynonna Judd on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Season 16: Week 3 Recap

By:

It was another great week for Kellie Pickler and her partner Derek Hough on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars!” The show celebrated “Prom Night” and Pickler was crowned “Prom Queen” by judge Len Goodman. Fans were able to vote for their favorites as prom queen and king, and the hashtag #promkellie was so popular that it even trended worldwide at one point during the evening.

The Country cutie wowed the judges once again with her fast-paced jive to “Footloose.” Judge Bruno Tonioli said the dance was, “sharper than a samurai sword,” while judge Carrie Ann Inaba said it was “Ridiculously amazing.” Pickler and Hough earned the night’s highest score with a 25 out of 30.

Wynonna, on the other hand, earned a 15 out of 30, the lowest score of the night. The singer danced a samba to Def Leppard’s “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” with partner  Tony Dovolani.

“You’re like Mount Rushmore, you look magnificent, but you don’t move,” said judge Len Goodman. “It had no rhythm, there was no hip action, you kept going wrong.”

Tune into ABC at 9 pm EST tonight to find out which celebrity dancer will be sent home.
