Fresh off the season four finale of “The Voice,” NBC announced the premiere date for the show’s fifth season.

The two-hour season five premiere will air on Monday, Sept. 23. As NBC previously announced, all of the original coaches, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera and CeeLo Green, are returning for the fifth season.

“We locked in a plan several months ago to have the outstanding Christina Aguilera and CeeLo Green rejoin Blake and Adam for cycle 5, and we’re pleased to announce that the original four coaches are going to be back together in the fall,” said NBC’s President of alternative and late-night programming, Paul Telegdy. Shelton and Levine are also slated to return for season 6 with Shakira and Usher.

Shelton recently won his third consecutive season as a coach on “The Voice.” Danielle Bradbery from “Team Blake” was crowned winner of season four.
