Country Star Inspired Prom Looks

By:

Prom day – it’s the day many girls dream of for years. Second to their wedding day, prom is one of the most memorable days of a girl’s life. Everything, from the shoes to the gown to the hair, should be perfect. Because of this, choosing a dress can be pretty stressful. (Afterall, the dress will live on in photos for years and years to come!)

Need some inspiration? If so, take a cue from some of the fabulous ladies of Country music on the red carpet. Whether you’re looking for a long, formal gown or a fun, flirty cocktail dress, you may find the look you’re aiming for from the ACM Awards red carpet.

We’ve selected seven different looks to help get you started on the hunt for your dream prom dress.

Country Star Inspired Prom Looks

If you like Carrie Underwood‘s floral print gown, check out this Lauren by Ralph Lauren dress at Macy’s. Pair it with a thick black belt and your look will practically mirror Underwood’s red carpet style.

The Band Perry‘s Kimberly Perry is on trend with her white high-low dress. For a more reasonably priced option, try this Trixxi Sequin Strapless Goddess Dress.

Jewel shines in her coral floor length gown. If you want to channel your inner Jewel, this strapless sequin gown is a great option.

Love sequins? Get inspiration from Cassadee Pope‘s red carpet look. This strapless beaded dress has just enough flair without being too flashy. Plus, it’s short, so it will be easy to dance in!

Kacey Musgraves‘ feather and lace dress is just like her personality…a little sassy and a little sweet. If you like her look, this white lace and feather Jovani cocktail dress is right up your alley.

You can’t miss Danielle Peck in her bright yellow gown! If you want to stand out at your prom, try this Jovani one shoulder chiffon gown.

For a fun and flirty look, take a cue from Raelynn and go with this strapless, beaded ruffle gown. If you want to go for a more country look, ditch the heels and pair it with your favorite cowboy boots!
